Vigour was established in September 2004 by Steve McArthur, New Zealand’s leading vegetable crop agronomist and seedsman. For the past 35 years, fifth generation horticulturist Steve McArthur has been helping New Zealand growers produce the best.

Vigour supplies commercial growers with seeds of the best vegetable varieties. We work closely with New Zealand’s professional growers. Improving their yield and quality with superior genetics.

Our extensive field research is conducted within commercial fields, where we conduct initial screening for many new vegetable varieties. Vigour works closely with many co operating growers throughout New Zealand who assist with these development trials and evaluations.
